Synon, Inc., (hereinafter “Synon”) keeps your personal information to provide you with each service.

3. Safe Management of Personal Information
Synon takes necessary measures to ensure the safe management of your personal information, and for the prevention of damage, loss, or leak of the personal information we deal with.

Synon enforces appropriate security measures to ensure safety of information in relation to our customers and takes precautions to safeguard against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, and alternation.

5. Coverage
There are times when we may introduce other domain’s websites to help us provide useful information and services. This privacy policy will not apply to the website link. We recommend that you confirm the policies and plans relating to protection of personal information of the individual websites, in the event you access the respective websites.

Synon may use “Cookies”, known as a technique to identify a customer’s computer, to retain login, login status, etc., to make it more convenient for you to use our services again. Cookies are not something that are an infringement on your privacy, and will not have any negative effect on your computer.
In the event that a cookie is invalidated or deleted, certain features of Synon’s services may not be available.

7. Entrustment of Personal information
In the event that Synon entrusts all or part of the personal information to a third party, we will perform a thorough investigation on the third party in question, and we will exercise the necessary and appropriate supervision over the third party’s safe management of the entrusted personal information.
There area also times when we may entrust the handling of personal information in the event that Synon executes our duties on consulting, privacy mark application and ISMS applications together with the third party.

8. Non-provision of personal information to a Third party
Synon does not provide your personal information to a third party without your prior consent unless otherwise stipulated by law such as Private Information Protection Law.

9. Limitations on guarantees and liabilities
Synon shall not bear any responsibility on the personally identifiable information as a result of disclosing the personal information to third parties by your own by using functions of our services or by other means. Furthermore, Synon is not responsible for any damages you suffer from using any kinds of information acquired through some other company, which is outside of the coverage of this privacy policy.

10. Applicable Law
It is agreed that, regarding this privacy policy the laws of the country of Japan will be binding.

11. Personal information disclosure, correction, etc.
Synon will quickly disclose your personal information when we receive such request directly from you. Synon will not disclose information if Synon cannot confirm your identity.
If the content of your personal information has mistakes, and if you request Synon for a correction, addition or deletion, Synon will quickly communicate your demands after investigation.

12. Changes to this policy
